During 8 years of my career as a real estate broker, I helped clients buy apartments and investment properties in Poland. I guided them calmly through every stage – from the first viewing, through document analysis, to the notary visit. I knew that buying a property is one of the most important life choices and that people need more than just an ad with parameters.

Clients received clear information from me: they knew what to expect, what the respective parties were responsible for, and what steps awaited us. Thanks to this, instead of stress, they felt peace and control over their decisions.

My strong point has always been matching the property to the real needs of the family, not just to search filters.

It happened that clients 'at the start' excluded ground floor apartments, and eventually fell in love with a place that perfectly suited life with a small child – safe space, convenient exit to the outside, interior layout tailored to their daily life. Such decisions we made together, based on conversation and real needs, not just a list of requirements.

I entered the role of a negotiator between the buyer and the seller, taking care that both sides felt heard and respected. Often after signing the notarial deed, a simply nice acquaintance remained between them.

Because for me, it's not just the finalization of the contract that counts – but the relationship that stays. And that's why many of my clients returned, recommended me further, or simply wrote 'thank you' many months later.
