1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the EspañaSol website. The website enables contact in matters related to real estate offers, and the submitted data may be used to handle inquiries and provide services.
2. Nature of offers
All real estate information posted on the website (descriptions, prices, photos) comes from the databases of cooperating entities and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code regulations.
We make every effort to ensure that the data is reliable, but its validity and availability must be confirmed each time after sending an inquiry.
3. Nature of services (consultancy)
Katarzyna Tomczak acts as a real estate consultant and presents offers on the EspañaSol website.
Services provided as part of the website include:
- Presentation of real estate offers from the databases of cooperating entities
- Providing preliminary information about offers and locations
- Facilitating contact with entities handling sales or rentals
Final transaction handling and intermediation in the sale or rental of real estate is carried out by cooperating entities (in particular licensed real estate agents).
4. Copyright
The content of the website, including texts, logos and graphics, is protected by copyright. Copying website elements without the owner's consent is prohibited. Property photos are the property of their providers (Tekce Overseas).
5. Personal data and contact
The rules for processing personal data and their transfer to cooperating entities are set out in the Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry via the contact form or subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary.
6. Complaints
In case of objections regarding the operation of the website or provided services, complaints can be submitted:
